Careers at Wholesale Plant Shop
We’re always interested in hearing from enthusiastic, hard-working people who are passionate about plants and great service. While we may not always advertise specific vacancies, we welcome enquiries from individuals who feel they could be a great fit for our team.
Whether your experience is in nursery work, plant sales or customer service, we’d love to hear from you.
About working with Wholesale Plant Shop
At Wholesale Plant Shop, our work combines horticultural knowledge with a strong focus on service, quality and efficiency. We work with plants, growers, suppliers and customers across the trade, so we value people who are organised, adaptable and genuinely interested in the industry.
We’re particularly keen to hear from people who enjoy working as part of a team, take pride in their work and are willing to get stuck in.
Nursery Work / On-Site Roles
We welcome enquiries from people interested in hands-on nursery and plant handling work. Depending on the role, this could involve preparing plants for dispatch, moving and organising stock, maintaining plant quality, checking incoming deliveries and supporting the day-to-day running of site operations.
This type of role may suit someone with practical horticultural experience, good attention to detail and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment where plant care and presentation matter.
Our nursery is currently located in Spalding Lincolnshire.
Sales Roles
We’re also interested in hearing from individuals with experience in sales, account management or trade customer support. Sales-related roles may involve helping customers find the right products, building relationships with trade buyers, following up enquiries and supporting the growth of supplier and customer accounts.
These roles may suit people with commercial awareness, strong communication skills and an interest in horticulture or the wider plant trade.
Customer Service Roles
Customer service is an important part of what we do. We welcome enquiries from people who are confident communicators and enjoy helping customers. Depending on the role, this could include responding to enquiries, supporting orders, liaising with suppliers, resolving issues and helping ensure a smooth customer experience.
These opportunities may suit individuals who are organised, approachable and committed to delivering a high standard of service.
